D1302 is a high-performance, low-power, and RAM equipped trickle charging real-time clock circuit.

● Real time clock can provide timing data such as seconds, minutes, hours, weeks, dates, months, and years up to 2100. Automatically adjustable when less than 31 days in a month, with leap year compensation function
● 31X8 bit universal temporary storage RAM
● Synchronous communication with CPU using SPI three wire interface
● The power supply voltage can work from 2.0 to 5.5V
● Equipped with backup power supply for trickle charging
● The main and backup power supply will automatically switch power supply
● Working current less than 300nA at 2.0V
● When reading and writing clock or RAM data, there is a single byte mode or
● Two data transmission methods: multi byte mode (pulse mode)
