B3842/43/44 is a constant frequency current type Pwd controller designed specifically for offline and Dc-Dc switching power supply applications. The controller includes temperature compensation precision reference, adjustable oscillator for precise duty cycle adjustment, high gain hybrid amplifier, current sensing comparator, high current push pull output suitable for power MOST driving, and protection circuits such as single cycle hysteresis current limiting undervoltage locking, dead zone adjustable, and single pulse counting latch.
